od gave us the Clues~

I got this from an email. Quite interesting~

A sliced Carrot looks like the human eye The pupil, iris and radiating lines look just like the human eye...and YES science now shows that carrots greatly enhance blood flow to and function of the eyes.

A Tomato has four chambers and is red. The heart is red and has four chambers. All of the research shows tomatoes are indeed pure heart and blood food.

Grapes hang in a cluster that has the shape of the heart. Each grape looks like a blood cell and all of the research today shows that grapes are also profound heart and blood vitalizing food.

A Walnut looks like a little brain, a left and right hemisphere, upper cerebrums and lower cerebellums. Even the wrinkles or folds are on the nut just like the neo-cortex. We now know that walnuts help develop over 3 dozen neuron-transmitters for brain function.

Kidney Beans actually heal and help maintain kidney function and yes, they look exactly like the human kidneys.

Celery, Bok Choy, Rhubarb and more look just like bones. These foods specifically target bone strength. Bones are 23% sodium and these foods are 23% sodium. If you don't have enough sodium in your diet the body pulls it from the bones, making them weak. These foods replenish the skeletal needs of the body.

Eggplant, Avocadoes and Pears target the health and function of the womb and cervix of the female - they look just like these organs. Today's research shows that when a woman eats 1 avocado a week, it balances hormones, sheds unwanted birth weight and prevents cervical cancers. And how profound is this? .... It takes exactly 9 months to grow an avocado from blossom to ripened fruit. There are over 14,000 photolytic chemica l cons tituents of nutrition in each one of these foods (modern science has only studied and named about 141 of them).

Figs are full of seeds and hang in twos when they grow. Figs increase the motility of male sperm and increase the numbers of S perm a S we ll to overcome male sterility.

Sweet Potatoes look like the pancreas and actually balance the glycemic index of diabetics.

Olives assist the health and function of the ovaries

Grapefruits, Oranges , and other Citrus fruits look just like the mammary glands of the female and actually assist the health of the breasts and the movement of lymph in and out of the breasts.

Onions look like body cells. Today's research shows that onions help clear waste materials from all of the body cells They even produce tears which wash the epithelial layers of the eyes

Simple Updates Again

Yeah! Got my comp back again after being in the "hospital" for about 5 days. Now i am blogging on it.

Last few days i attended the "Kuching Prophetic Conference" and was powerfully impacted by it. I am surprised how my piano improve so vastly[heard the recordings]. Glory to God! I really enjoyed hearing Dr.Paul Ang and wife , Dr. Christina 's teaching. Broke a lot of mindsets and correct our thinking. Greatly blessed by their family. Yesterday, they flew back to Rawang, Selangor and their son, Asher[featured in the monopoly blog post] sent a cute video of him saying goodbye to me and Lavender. Awwwww, so CUTE! I don't have the video right now but maybe i will upload later.

Last Sunday, Dr.Paul Ang was invited to speak at Blessed Church, Tabuan Laru. Dr.Paul Ang always wanted to meet up with "Pastor Lim Gee Tion" the composer for the hokkien song "Kan Gua Eh Chiew[come hold my hand]" which happened to ministered to him. So naturally i tagged along my dad and Dr.Paul Ang to their church on Sunday Night.

You want to experiece church revival? Visit theirs.

NEVER in my life i see so many people packed in one church . About 800-900 all squeezed and packed from shoulder to shoulder worshipping in unity. Their church is really united, yound and old they worked together. Just because i tagged along Dr.Paul i was treated like a VIP; never in my life i experience that. The ushers specially arranged chairs, gave us mineral water, and the ushers even offered my dad to relocate/re-park his car nearby the church . Wow! They are really train well to respect their pastor. The power of God was also there too. Could felt the presence of God strongly and the fire of God was there. Its really a revival. By the way, they just got the permit to built a church having a seating capacity of 5000 people. Their church alone is already 2000 people. Rm7 million will be used just for sound system. I WANT !!!!

Just being there once, made me feel so small in what our church can still do. I really respect them as they are trained well. Met Michael Boon, Samuel and Samantha Sii. Didn't expect to meet me there. Haha. Good luck Michael in what you do~

I was mistaken as Dr.Paul's eldest son as the wife is an Indian. Haha. So funny, some say that night i look like an indian, malay, iban etc. Some joked that i got petronas as they look for malay looking chinese. Haha.

Will find some more things to update about~

Monopoly's Colletor Edition

Omigosh yesterday i had to chance to play Monopoly. Yes i know, it sounds like i am retarded. Who never played Monopoly except for some people who can't afford? However, not many people had the chance to play with the Collectors Edition. So nice so nice so nice!

Firstly the architecturally designed houses and hotels are made of REAL silver and gold. Secondly, the tokens are made of solid pewter and embellished with gold. Thirdly, you have a portfolio for each land and estate. Fourthly, you have a real drawer just like the banker to draw money. Fifth, the paper money FEELS like money. Oh gosh so nice , so nice!!!!!! The board is made from expensive wood. The price ? More than 3k our money. That's really expensive.

I was the banker last night as my sister and her friend, Asher [son of Dr. Paul Ang] played together.

An example of the cover

Some simple Updates~

Last Saturday i attended the STU student incentive awards. For those who don't know what STU is, it is the Sarawak Teacher's Union. The incentive awards are for those teacher's children who did well in the recent public examinations. I woke up early as i was to excited and arrive at Rajah Court Hotel with my dad slightly after 8. I registered and met Ivan Tan[who was waiting by the door], Bong Yii Change , and Kho Shui Wei . Chatted with them and fooled around with my camera.

The "grand" hotel

Ivan in Blurred Sepia mode

Shui Wei and Bong Yii Change in blurred sepia mode

Being like any other Malaysian function everything on the schedule was never on time. But its beneficial for socializing. Ivan and Shui Wei were "debating" on the outing and i was fooling around with Ivan's handphone which apparently had the recording of GRSB. Wanted to watch it when the even started.

Speeches

I liked and disliked the two speeches. Firstly, bad grammatical mistakes and the speeches are too political inclined. Why induce us with kilogrammes of politics? We are normal students with an innocent heart *grins* And oh grammatical mistakes like "We teachers work 24 hours a day, 52 weeks in a year, and THIRTEEN months in a year". Bad mathematics i would say. Then again, it implies that teachers work to hard; trust me i know . Haha.

The likes, it was entertaining with jokes interwined with politics. So kinda okay i guess but i was still fiddling with my camera till it ran out of battery. 0o0ops! So i had to ask my dad to use his handphone to take the picture of me receiving the award. After the STU new website "grand" opening, it was time for the awards. First was UPSR, then PMR, then ours the SPM-ers. Line up and i shook hands while grinning from ear-to-ear receiving the RM 50 into my hands cheapskate. Haha.

Then got High tea lor which doesn't even looks High -class enough. Curry noodles wass tasteless. Fish fillet was chewy and not crispy. Jellies were bland. Oh Gosh, i don't even dare to try the bubur cha cha wish was so brown. The only thing i liked was the water chestnut jelly. Oh well, better than nothing. The event only lasted bout 2 hours. Last years was better. More money and nicer food. Haha.

Ivan receiving his "RM 50" award.

I didn't upload my photo because it is still in my dad's handphone. i am too modest. haha

Anyway, yesterday i went to Normah Specialist Centre to do my medical check-up for the Petronas Scholarship. Arrive there about 10 and they were flocks o people waiting for their turn. I quickly registered as i am new there and the receptionist asked me to wait patiently. Tried using my dad's laptop to accese wi-fi but i don't have streamyx hotspot account. Too bad.

They called my name and i went through different process of laboratory rat examinations.

1. Weight measurement- I broke the scale and i had to pay for it. The scale was hard to stand on cause it was shaky.

2. Height Measurement- I was still standing on the unstable scale [ 2 in 1 machine] . I was busy trying to be stable and the machine measured the back of my head not the top of my head. In the end i grew shorter by 2-3 Cm . T.T . Nevermind, at least i know i am taller.

3. Filled out some forms for my medical history and such.

4. Eye test - Normal optician's test.

5.Urine test- Peeing in a bottle. Done.

6. Blood test- This was was cool. Interesting to see the blood gushing into the syringe. It wasn't so painful as said by the Drama King.

7. X-ray test- This was embarassing. They didn't provide my any special clothes at they want to quickly get over the whole process [many people waiting for their turn]. Half-naked, oh gosh!

8. Mandoux test- This one is painful. They injected some purified tuberculin into your epidermis layer so your skin gets disconnected from your muscles leaving a mosquito bite mark. It subsides about an hour later. The nurse accidentally spilled some tuberculin on my skin. haha

9. Ate lunch while waiting for Dr.Khiew.

10. Met Dr.Khiew for some physical check. Like heartbeat, hearing etc...

11. Paid for the fee. The waiting time was quite long. Nichol's Dad was the only doctor[neurosurgery] with the longest name extensions to it. Haha. Pretty interesting. Normah seems overpopulated with chinese and indians doctors. Very few malays as the head of the department.

The flock of people

After the blood test. Yeah i know my skin is wrinkly because i have dry skin [doctor said very its very dry, sigh~]

After mandoux test. The red spot is the blood aftermath.

I've been admitted by the doctor that i have band fever. Its still raging. Been listening over and over again to different band music. Haha.
